At the B-Side Festival, during the Anti-Fascist Poetry Workshop, poems, thoughts, and lines of resistance came together in a shared collection.
Whether participants brought along a favourite poem, a text they had already written, or no previous experience at all, everyone was invited to contribute. With a typewriter, writing prompts, text fragments, and different ways of experimenting with form and design, participants wrote, read, tried things out, and developed their texts further. Little by little, an open collection of different voices and perspectives took shape.
Many visitors dropped by spontaneously, stayed to write or read, exchanged texts, or took a small poem on a slip of paper with them. Individual words and personal thoughts gradually became a collective book of protest poetry that broughtbringing together the contributions and voices of the day.
The Antifascist Poetry Workshop was offered by the art mediation team of Skulptur Projekte Münster 2027.
