On 4 and 5 July, Social Mapping, a project by DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam and Studio Oscar Murillo, took place in Berg Fidel. The project was organised in cooperation with Skulptur Projekte Münster 2027 and in collaboration with the Arbeitskreis Berg Fidel.

Around thirty artists will take part in the upcoming edition of Skulptur Projekte. The first five have just been announced, and further artists will be revealed in the month leading up to the opening on 12 June 2027. Alongside the city centre, Skulptur Projekte will place a particular focus on neighbourhoods in transformation, such as Kinderhaus, Berg Fidel, and the York-Quartier.

Bruce Nauman’s Square Depression is set to return: Potential new locations for the skulptur projekte 2007 work are currently being explored on the University of Münster campus. The aim is to reinstall the artwork in 2028/29 and make it accessible to the public once again.

Reopened: The LWL Museum of Art and Culture has restored Siah Armajani’s Study Garden. Following extensive refurbishment, this open-air study space will once again invite visitors to linger, work and explore.

On the occasion of Collective Osmosis, Oscar Murillo’s exhibition at DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam, Skulptur Projekte Münster 2027 warmly invites you to take part in a collaborative drawing session at the pedestrian passage on Rincklakeweg on 4 and 5 July 2026. The event is one stop in the global Social Mapping project, which brings people together in different locations around the world to draw and paint collectively.
